I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Enterprise Bancorp in Feb 2024

HR took interviewing me very seriously and was pleasant to meet with. He talked to me from well over and hour, it was the longest pre-screen interview I have ever had. Based on that I thought the next part of the interview would go well. WRONG. 2nd part of the interview I met with the team who did not ask me standard questions but led in with information about the role and implied it was not related to my experience and it went downhill from there. It lasted 20 minutes.
