Interview
First Interview was with a recruiter, informative but felt pressured in some of my responses with feedback I very much disagreed with, also was not even given the opportunity for questions, they had no time for me and was interviewer rushed to leave. Second interview was an area tour, I had to reschedule due to an issue on their part, they did not seem to value the understanding I gave and I had to reschedule last minute and the inconvenience it may have caused me. Site visit was good, had to wait a bit which was annoying, but I was patient. Interview was quite difficult, questions very different from others I’ve experienced in other retail companies. Disappointed in the experience, especially since I believe I had more than enough qualifications, and I always showed up early or on time and dressed very formally and professionally, prepared as well.
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
Excellently straightforward and kind recruiters make the job appealing and worth the investigation! Completely worth the time and effort into learning how the career path may pan out with hard work and dedication!

More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.
