I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Sep 2011
Interview
I applied online for a management trainee position, got a call the next day to schedule me for the phone interview for the following week. The recruiter was 30 minutes late for the phone interview. He asked the usual questions you get from a typical screening interview. I passed the interview and got scheduled for a face to face interview two days later. I came early, the recruiter was about 15 minutes late. He asked some of the same questions as the phone interview and expanded more on them. He said I would receive an email about the next step by the following Wednesday, which I have not received yet, so I'm kind of assuming I didn't get the job, which is surprising because it seems like they're always hiring, and it's not a very glamorous job. The interview process makes it seem like it's some prestigious investment banking job even though it's a job any competent college graduate can do. He has not responded to my calls or emails. Overall I wasn't impressed by the professionalism of the recruiter who was late to both of my interviews and does not have the decency to return my calls or emails.
EDIT: He actually responded to me the following day by email saying I didn't make it to the final round of the interview, but gave no reason why. I honestly feel I would have got the job if I made it passed the recruiter. I hate the fact that such an important decision regarding my career future is in the hands of someone who was late to both of my interviews. Once again, the dreaded HR department is a roadblock in my life.
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Memphis, TN)
Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.

The interview was lasting 3 minutes and was abruptly ended by the interviewer. I was not happy about this. I was not asked any questions from my side. Please do not apply to this job.
