The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Sep 2011
Interview
Met with recruiter, short interview - was given basic company information
Met with location manager and temporary regional manager - regular style interview
Advice - when asked how you feel about constantly being compared to others in terms of sales, be positive and make them believe that is the best way for you to work
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you do being constantly compared to others in rank order? Would that make you more productive?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Toronto, ON)
Interview
1st initial screening call
2nd interview is with Branch Manager and Area Manager - mostly assessing fit and experience
3rd interview is with senior leadership who assess long term fit and commitment.
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Owensboro, KY)
Interview
Received a phone call from them about a phone screening and then next steps. The phone call was horrible. Persons attitude was horrible. Was completely put off by the whole process
