The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Nov 2011
Interview
I was contacted by a the recruiter who scheduled a telephone interview...but never called. contacted him we rescheduled, again he didn't call. 3rd time we finally connected....told me I was over qualified. but put me on to the next phase of a one on one interview which went very well.
Then I had a phone interview with regional manager, he had a very negative outlook . Really did not seem professional.....2 days later I got an email to tell me that I hope I find something I am passionate about. I was very disappointed they took the easy way out by emailing me and they wasted both my time and theirs.
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
Excellently straightforward and kind recruiters make the job appealing and worth the investigation! Completely worth the time and effort into learning how the career path may pan out with hard work and dedication!

Interview
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.
