      Interview

Gotta feeling not many stay and high turnover rate but it’s demanding and you will not have flexibility like if you not feeling good or doc appointment because they keep talking about attendance. I just went to give it a try and see what they offer. Gotten a job already wasn’t planing to get this one. pay is $15 an hour so low for high expectations candidate they want, with a $600 monthly bonus if you do good in customer surveys and making sure the gas of the car is full few other things shift are 4am to 1pm and 1pm to 9pm somewhere there .. I’m sorry this is a BASIC JOB it’s so funny the question asked are for intermediate level “CAREER” like STAR questions that ridiculous for a simple job that requires you to handle customer needs, making sure the car as no damages, make sure the gas is full and if not you’ll have to charge the customer when they bring the car back, you have to or you’ll not get the $600 would be smarter letting them know once they rent it that if not full it will be charged on there card that’s in file automatically, it’s also high pace environment dealing with a lot of returns, 15,000 step daily. You’ll be outside in the garage its not rocket science job. the interview was a joke the manager was just looking down either typing or fiddling around with the fingers maybe typing on the screen to show the lead team mgr basically chat to him since he stared at it more beside the resume. Lead team mgr looking at his phone a couple times. There’s no future opportunities to move unless you have bachelor degree to be a mgr lol. There’s no help for tuition but the benefits it good the guy said. The question are simple but I didn’t bother putting effort in answering it left details out. I was about to leave in the middle of the interview like if the this job was going to pay you $55k a year. These are the questions that I can best able to remember. you’ll see why that ridiculous for a “basic job” not a career intermediate level. High Schooler are able to do this job. I gotten the email that I didn’t get it didn’t meet the qualifications lol. I forgot to withdraw the application after the interview oh well.
