The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Danbury, CT) in May 2012
Interview
First applied online and was contacted two days later to set up a phone interview. The phone interview went well and I was asked to come in for an in-person interview which i havent gone on yet. They definitely want people who have customer service experience along with sales experience.

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
