I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Austin, TX) in Apr 2012
Interview
To be honest, the first meeting with the manager went very well and I enjoyed it. However, upon meeting the area manager and talking with her, I found that the absolute last thing I wanted was to work for her. She was very rude and was maybe just having a rough day but honestly, your tone of voice/reactions were unlike anything I have ever experience in my years of interviewing and working for many different companies.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
