I applied through their company website, and was notified of an interview at their head office in Scarborough a few weeks later.
The initial interview was more of a conversation where the recruiter just asked me questions about myself, my character, and my interests.
After progressing through the initial interview, I met with an area branch manager along with a branch manager for a final interview. This interview was also very relaxed, with minimal behavioural questions, but more about my past experiences and my interests.
I think these interviews are meant to assess how personable you are and to determine whether you would fit well with Enterprise's fast paced and sales oriented culture.
Don't expect to work 40 hours during the summer. You will be expected to work over time and on Saturdays.
