Was rather bland, was only a few questions over the phone. Didn't really ask me much about my skills and abilities relative to my major, all they seemed to care about was if I was going to make the company money.

Interview
There was a 4 step interview process. They had mostly behavioral questions ie. "What would you do in this situation". Many of their questions were repeated in future interviews. Nothing to difficult, make sure to express interest in sales during the phone screening.

Interview
The interviewer asked a lot of basic questions about your knowledge of the company, personal back round, and basic customer service questions. A lot of situational questions to see how you would handle certain situations.
