I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Nottingham, England) in Apr 2019
Interview
A short fifteen minute phone interview followed by a half an hour interview with the talent manager in the region HQ. I then visited the branch I was applying for, asked plenty of questions and learnt alot. This was follow by an in depth thirty minute interview with the branch manager. Most of these questions were sales based. The final stage was an assessment centre which eventually lasted around two and a half hours. This included a role play exercise- up-selling insurance and persuading a customer to upgrade from a small car to a larger one. After, we participated in a group discussion, watched by the assessors, in which we had to come together as a group to choose a charity to donate money too. Around eight of us were at the assessment centre, I was the only candidate for the three month internship, and the only first year university student. A positive and worthwhile experience, even if I do not receive the job.
