I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Newport News, VA) in Jun 2013
Interview
(I AM GOING FOR MY SECOND IN PERSON INTERVIEW IN THE NEXT TWO DAYS)
I applied online and received an email the next day or two. I received a phone call that lasted approximately 10 minutes and the HR rep asked basic resume and interview questions and also set up an in-person interview for the following week.
The in-person interview was much more in-depth. Be sure to dress business professional. Full suit is a MUST. They'll ask specific sales questions, as well as what the job entails specifically. They will also ask you a little about yourself.
I am currently waiting for my second in-person interview in a couple days, about a week apart from each other.
Bring your resume copies for each, probably three since the second interview is with more than one manager.
Good luck!
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.

Interview
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you do differently than other potential candidates to become an amazing MT.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
