Work From Home Reservations Agent Interview

      Oct 25, 2013
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility

      Interview

I applied online, one day later I get an email asking to take a test. The recruiter emailed me after the test to say I didn't pass(It was an extremely basic test, anyone that's worked a day of Customer Service, and made it past the 8th grade would be fine with it). I emailed her back asking what I didn't pass on and she said she couldn't tell me, but I didn't pass. This should have been a red flag for me. I then, one day later, get another email from a different recruiter who told me I did pass the test and she wanted to do a formal interview with me. I accepted since I really wanted the job. She interviewed me and said how great I was and that she really liked me and wanted to set me up with another interview with the hiring person for the next day. So the next day that lady calls me and asks me 30 min worth of Customer Service and previous work history questions. The first lady was better than this lady. The first lady was nicer, and gave better feedback. I left the call thinking I had the job. While no offer was given she all but said I basically had the job and she would get back to me in 5 days. 7 days later I get the "we're pursuing other candidates" EMAIL.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

None really, the interview was pretty basic Customer Service questions. The person doing the interview, while nice, was very short with me, and didn't give much feedback. She also led me on to believe that I got the job, and said she would be in contact within 5 days. She got in contact with me on day 7(via email) to say they were going to "pursue" other candidates. So here I've been assuming I had a job, to find out 7 days later I don't. Very disappointing and lost a lot of respect for Enterprise.
