I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (New Orleans, LA) in Aug 2008
Interview
The first interview is with HR/ recruiter, and is basically a behavioral interview consisting of "tell me a time when you...." questions. In my experience, she told me right away that I would move on to the next round. The next week, I was sent to observe at a branch (*the one I ended up working at) and then interviewed there with the branch manager and area manager. They asked me the exact same questions as the first interview, plus or minus a few. They called me the next day to set up the third interview, which was with a Group Rental Manager at the administrative headquarters. I was asked the same basic questions again, and he offered me the job right away.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
None of the questions were unexpected. Typical behavioral interview. Ex: Name a time when you were a leader, tell me about a time when you dealt with a difficult customer, what motivates you, etc.
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Toronto, ON)
Interview
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you do differently than other potential candidates to become an amazing MT.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person
