Three separate pretty easy interviews on zoom and in-person with both talent acquisition, branch manager & area manager, and regional vice president. Interviews weren't difficult at all just talking about yourself.

Starts with a simple zoom interview with the recruiter where you talk about your resume and sales experience in your life (no sales experience needed). Second interview is in person with the area manager and includes a job shadow and sit-down interview. Here you will answer more behavioral interview questions about sales and other areas.
