Very smooth and friendly process. It was done in 3 seperate interview stages and included a day of observations. Spending the time to see how the process worked helped me understand better what i was applying for. Everyone was easy to talk with and I was kept in the loop every step of the way!

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
