Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

Interview
There are three interviews. The first with HR. The second at the branch you’ll possibly work at. And the last is with the regional vice President. At any point you can be denied as they all work as a team to ensure quality candidates.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
