The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2011
Interview
I met the first person at a career fair and talked with her for about 20 min. Basically kept a positive attitude and kept having solid accurate answers for the questions she had (demonstrating being able to think quickly on your feet, especially in sales). After that I had about a hour and a half interview with her again with some deep hard thought questions that took alot out of you that were not easy to answer without a moment to gather your thoughts. once that was successful I had to do a mock dry run with one of the stores, so i could see the day to day operations. Basically it consisted of getting yelled at by everyone, trying to out preform everyone so you can move up, washing cars in my suit...(wtf)...and being expected to be ok with it. all topped off with a low pay, 50+ hrs a week and poor hours to even think of a social life. after the interview with the store and then the area manager that took about 25 min a piece, where in one I had to mock sell the manager a pen...not to bad as long as you can think on your feet, I decided to take another position.

Interview
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.

Question 1
What would you do differently than other potential candidates to become an amazing MT.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person
