I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Midland, TX) in Dec 2024
Interview
The interview process for the Enterprise Mobility Management Trainee role was efficient and well-organized. It began with a 15mins phone screening, followed by a 30mins virtual interview via Google Meet. I was then invited to an in-person interview at a local branch, which included a 1 hour one-on-one meeting with the Area Manager and a 1 hour branch observation. Following this, I had a one hour final interview with the Group Rental Manager. To my surprise, I received a call the same day with a verbal offer! the official offer followed next. The entire process was smooth and professional, with excellent communication from the HR team.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
