Lengthy, multi stage interview process. Phone interview, zoom interview, 2+ in person interviews. Honestly for the position there’s no need for this many interviews. My first in person interview felt poorly planned.

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.

1st initial screening call
2nd interview is with Branch Manager and Area Manager - mostly assessing fit and experience
3rd interview is with senior leadership who assess long term fit and commitment.

Received a phone call from them about a phone screening and then next steps. The phone call was horrible. Persons attitude was horrible. Was completely put off by the whole process
