The most unprofessional interview process I've ever had. First, the interviewer didn't call at the scheduled time. 15 minutes past I sent a reminder email to her. No reply. 30 minutes after, sent another email asking if we would still interview today and if need to reschedule please let me know. She replied immediately saying they were interviewing candidates that week and if they didn't find the right candidate they would continue to interview with me. I won't apply for any position at this company anymore. If an interview is scheduled, it should be conducted no matter if you already find a good candidate or not. The worst case, if it really needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, the least you can do is to have the courtesy to let the candidate know ahead of time.
