After I applied online, I received an email to schedule an interview 3 weeks later. For this position, they required I bring a list of references and writing sample with me to the interview. The interview itself lasted around 30 minutes or so. There were two people who interviewed me and they had a sheet that guided their questions specific to the position and they took notes as I answered. They were friendly and the interview felt pretty conversational.
