I met with three people initially. One excused herself in the middle of the interview, and the main interviewer was completely unprepared, zoned out a number of times, and used two expletives. I found the process very uncomfortable. If a candidate had shown up as unprepared as the interviewer, they would have been shown the door within minutes.
