Environmental Law Institute interview questions

The interview was relatively casual, with a 2-hour skills assessment scheduled at the interviewee's convenience. The questions were about past experience, and they were asked by an entry level employee, not an HR representative, which made it possible for me to ask more questions about the everyday life of an employee at the organization.

Really great interview with staff really passionate about their work at ELI. I walked out of the interview with a much stronger interest about the organization than when I began. The information was on the longer side, went up to 1 hour, but it was because there was a lot to talk about. No surprise or hardball questions, just discussion of your candidacy/profile/interest in the organization.
