I was interviewed by a few of the senior employees. They seemed to feed off each others immaturity. I didn't want the job after being interviewed but they hired me anyway.

Interview
Very relaxed atmosphere interviewing your relevant history and interests. They were interested in your academics but also how you are as a person. Very reasonable and interested in what your experience is.
