Very warm environment personal disclosure of mental health, was able to talk about pay, work life balance. Interviewers were open to discussing different aspects of the job and responsibilities as well as how scheduling looks different. Follow up questions to gather clarity on if the position fit for the agency and myself.

Process was very simple - an incredibly short phone call with HR where she did all the talking and asked me maybe one or two questions such as what time zone I was in. The longest part of the chat was her figuring out the hiring managers schedule to setup a video call the next week. The video call was equally unprofessional. One woman appeared to be a in a robe and had her hair in a terrycloth headband for sleeping in. The conversation was light and amicable, but it was clear I shouldn't have been put through the first round since I was missing key experience they required, such as healthcare hiring. No gotcha questions or anything difficult to answer, simply my experience and how I go about recruitment. They said they'd get back to me at the end of the week with a decision and never emailed me.
