Interview consisted of
1. A 20 minute phone screen with HR, and
2. A conference phone interview with 2 members of the development team. (2 weeks later)
Both calls were fairly informal, just questions about my background, no tests or questions to see how much I knew. Unfortunately the second call kept cutting out and I couldn't hear anything when the interviewers were speaking at some points of the call. I don't think that cost me the job but it was much more stressful for me. (I could only say 'sorry, what was that again?' so many times)
