Interview
I was stood up by this company twice for an interview in two weeks. The person setting up the interview sent an invite for the first meeting, and I confirmed the time with them via email. On the day of, I waited over an hour and did not receive a call. I also emailed the person who set up the interview and they never responded to it. The following Tuesday they sent a separate email and said my interview with the remote team was set, along with another calendar invite for Friday. The information in the invite indicated I would receive a zoom link the day before. I did not get a zoom link and received no call again. 4 hours after the scheduled time, I received an email stating there was an emergency, and asking me to provide my availability for the following week. At that point I informed them I was no longer interested and wanted to withdraw my application.

Interview
I applied on LinkedIn and when they reached out to me the only scheduling availability they had was nearly a month later. I asked if this was a mistake and was told that it wasn't because the interviewer was going on vacation. I scheduled the appointment anyway. When the time came they were nearly ten minutes late, asked me questions that felt like they were given a list instead of being told what the role entailed. As I got into answering her questions, suddenly the call ended. They rejoined to say they were having technical difficulties and rescheduled for the next day. The next day the interviewer was late again and asked me questions that I had answered the day before. After their questions they asked if I had any but I didn't feel confident in their ability to answer them so I didn't ask. Two days later I got a rejection email. Overall, it was handled very sloppily and unprofessionally.
