I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic Software (Columbus, OH) in Oct 2014
Interview
Applied through a career fair after talking with one of their recruiters. Had a tablet to allow me to submit my information there. followed by a phone interview with an engineer followed by an online proctored test.
Exam with 2 leetcode medium style questions and an IQ test, was pretty challenging and involved a proctor as well, was quite a challenge and involved learning elements of a new programming language

Interview
I dropped my resume during the career fair in my school (UIUC)
They emailed my a week later inviting me to a phone interview.
The scheduling was kind of frustrating because they would usually reply quite late. After a few weeks, the interview took place. It was a pretty chilled interview, and the interviewer mostly asked questions about my technical background and explained about the internship program at Epic.
They then asked me to take a technical assessment test, which I'm yet to take. I'll update this thread as soon as I can.
