      Private Equity Analyst Interview

      Jul 22, 2021
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Epiris (London, England) in Feb 2020

      Interview

I applied for a graduate role (like gold dust!). They were more focussed on fit and awareness of the sector than skills/experience (which was reasonable as I had none). They clearly would have preferred it if I'd had some internship/similar experience though, I think they must have just accepted me to interview off the back of my cover letter (which took hours). Some consultancy-style estimate questions, someone who'd prepared for strategy or management consultancy interviews would fare well.
