I was reached out to on linkedin by a recruiter. We took an initial call and I decided to apply. The whole process went pretty fast and I'd say this whoel experience took place within 2 weeks. anyway, eventually i had an interview with a sales recruiter manager. and a few days later i was notified via phone call that they were extending me an offer....
I told them I would like a few days to think about it and hear back from some other roles I had also been applying to. They asked for numerous details on these other roles. After requesting some time before accepting the call was immediately quite awkward but they reluctantly agreed to give me 24 hours, max 2 days to let them know. However, less than a day later (well within their stated window), I was notified that my offer was rescinded. Apparently the recruiter class was "full".
I wasn't entirely interested in this job in the first place but how everything ended seemed unprofessional and suspicious.
I would also say that the reviews of the company that claim they recruit recent grads and "churn and burn them out" I suspect is true. They stated they were interested in me because of my grades/GPA and service industry experience. They also requested a full transcript from my university.
