Started with a challenging and well thought out phone interview. I was excited by the caliber of questions, and was happy to be invited for an in person interview with one of the founders. The in person interview went well. It lasted well over an hour and we communicated with ease. I followed up with a thank you email and awaited next steps, only nothing ever came... No follow up, no further correspondence. I started out as someone who wanted to work for this brand as well as a customer. By failing to follow up they showed me a lack of respect, disregard for my time, a lack of organization and left a terrible taste in my mouth. Now I will never shop here again, and as someone who is active in the industry they lost my recommendation as an employer and as a brand. Failing to take five minutes to write a rejection letter is bad form, and bad business practice.
