Had an initial phone screen that went well. Recruiter said he would follow up that same day for availability regarding next steps. Never heard from him. About a week later, I received an automated email inviting me to schedule an introductory call — the same call we had already completed. When I replied to clarify, I received no response. Over the course of two and a half weeks I followed up three times and submitted availability through their scheduling link twice before receiving an automated rejection. The role and company seemed genuinely promising but the recruiting process was disorganized and communication was poor throughout.
