It was very biased and rude panel. The questions were out of the scope of work. They also seem to have already pre-selected people and the do the interviews for paper work purpose. The salary offered was also too low
The interviewers were interactive. There was a panel of around 5 people, the interview process was quick, tell me about yourself, then questions on the company's values. Was asked to sell a product in Swahili to test my swahili skills which really challenged me
