Interview
Thorough interview with human resources. Skills Tests given for specific position. Depending on the need for employees you may have to go through a temp. agency. After 90 plus days. You are interviewed again at which point your review is given and a job offer letter is given. There is no negotiation, you either sign or leave the company.

None were unexpected or difficult. It is the general interview process any company gives you. "What did you like about your last position held", "Where do you see yourself with this company in the future" ETC.
