Interview
The first step was the test. Later, they call you for the interview with the manager for each team in IT. This depends on the position that you are applying.
I had three interviews: one with the HR team and two technical interviews. Each interview lasted approximately one hour and was conducted via Microsoft Teams. During the HR interview, I was asked about my background and salary expectations. In the technical interviews, I was asked multiple questions about 5G architecture, cloud computing, and orchestration.

Red Hat Openshift, 5G interfaces, Kubernetes, Cloud
Interviewed with the team lead and they will ask question regarding your professional experience in telecommunication including 4G/5G network, micro-service experiences, mainly technical questions. The applicants also gets opportunity to ask directly to the project manager.
