Interview
Group interview; around 12 candidates were divided into two teams to discuss specific topics; every team elect the leader to do the final presentation; at last, everyone should do self evaluation and conclusion.

Question 1
What is your role is the team? What is your suggestion accepted by the team? How did you evaluate your performance?
HR screening, normal process, with a questionnaire.,Then Hiring manager with technical person, as technical people there is usually not very skilled it's easy if you really know about the job role requirements. Is usually a 2 interviews process, pretty quick and I'd say easy.

I had a reference for the job application and hence my process was very straight forward.
I did get a call for screening by team lead and than later an interview with the department manager and another junior manager

Interview
Pretty standard interview process. They were quite professional. Overall process was handled professionally and feedback and communication provided in good time. It was quite impressive that the turn around time was quick in my case.
