I applied the thesis project intern online. After the un-posting date, I got an email from the manager and asked to have an interview the following. Three people interviewed me. The manager asked me about general questions to see if my personality. The other two researchers explained the thesis project, and asked me about my previous project experience related to the thesis project.

As I thought the thesis project will be carried on by one person, I'm a bit surprised to be asked about how I deal with the problem occurring when cooperate with others in the project.

Interview
The interview was friendly and quick. Questions from the interview focused on relevant skills. Communication was clear, and the team was professional. Overall, a positive experience with a smooth process.

It was a very relaxed interview process. First round was a behavioral with HR, make sure to know the company and its history. Second round is with your manager, few technical but still was mostly behavioral.

Tell me about a challenge you faced while in college, and what did you do to overcome it?
There were 3 rounds. 1st was with HR, 2nd Virtual with some mix of technical and behavioural questions. 3rd was open ended technical questions that looked more like system design.
