Behavioral n experience questions with c level interaction n Telecom domain expertise is must. Min of 100+ resource handling n projects >100M sek is preferred. Experience in Telecom latest core expertise is required.
My experience was 4 round interview: - 1st is recruter to confirm basic information to ensure the position requirement is correctly understood. - 2nd is interview with hiring manager together with other same level managers - 3rd is grandfather manager - 4th is HR to explain the salary system and other benefit

Interview can take can as long as 8 weeks , the interview process was easy , it was conducted over Skype with a panel on the other side they were very friendly
