Interviewed for the role as Strategy & Business Development Director for Ericsson Business Area Managed Services (BMAS) in 2021.
First interview with Senior Recruiter, more of fit questions and setting my expectations working with Ericsson. I strongly recommend people to read up on the career page and there is a ton of information out there. I believe I did 16-20 hours of preparation in total (reading annual reports, learning center, podcasts with Ericsson employees and so on).
Second interview with recruiting manager, Head of Global Strategy Development, for that business area. Unfortunately the person was very late to the meeting and we had to re-schedule a couple of times which prolonged the process. When we finally got the time right the interview was OK and I focused my question on how the team works with the organisation, competencies in the team and get a picture of how I could fit in and come with relevant experiences.
By the end of the Interview I asked about the process and moving forward and got the answer approximately a month for closing the process.
After 10 days I sent an email to the manager from the last interview and after no response on that email I e-mailed the senior recruiter - No response or answer.
After almost 6 weeks from the last interview i withdrew my application in their system and I don't expect any feedback or response from Ericsson.
