The process was comparable to other companies, both in the length of the process as well as the steps taken. 4 steps interview process was conducted: recruiter pre-screening, 1st screening professional interview by managing director, senior director interview, direct manager. Phone for stages 1 and 2, Skype for stages 3 and 4 were used to conduct the interview.
I was offered salary lower than I expected - I was told the offer is not negotiable.
