Casual, over skype with two managers. No questions were overl HR type, as this was a contract role and they were more interested in my technical ability. At the same time they were keen to understand if they want me to stay on that it's something that I would be interested in.

Technical round is pretty difficult where I was asked about my projects and HR round is all about our mind set. When compared to other companies this company interview is very cool
