The interview process consisted of two interviews, one was a shallow and short call whereas the second one was mostly a behavior interview where you had to explain your experience and your future thoughts about working at the company. Then they'll ask you about the job description and your current situation to see if you'd be a good fit.

Everythin looks good till end. They even asked for refrence, but never called him and no feedback after that. Was not pleasant. However intervewer listened carefully. But didn't look like a modern interview.
