Interview
Multiple Phone interviews up through my process. Started with HR then moved to an interview with another person in a similar position. This was before COVID pandemic and was not dependent on a Work from home position
Good process and follow-up with information and smooth scheduling. Connected with recruitment team and then talked to hiring team. Great team and learned about the role throughout discussions. Each person had time for questions at the end.

Question 1
What does Customer Focus mean to you ? How have you shown this ?
I went through 3 interviews.
The first one was with the recruiter which when well. I was asked general questions. Then went on to being interviewed by the person who would be my manager where I also went through my CV and relevant experience to the role.
The last interview was with my manager's colleague which when in a similar fashion to the previous one. The Esko went quiet, no response, nor feedback.
