It was smooth, and the panel was welcoming and professional. They make you feel comfortable before they even start with the interview so you not anxious during the process and you are able to answer correctly.
The interview panel was professional and polite. The individuals that interviewed me included someone from Human Resources, the chief engineer and the cluster manager for the region that I applied for.

Why did you choose to apply for a job with Eskom ?
The process started with me submitting the documentation, and 4 weeks later I was called for an interview. The interview was fairly okay, with a friendly panel that asked follow-up questions if they felt that questions weren't fully addressed. The whole interview process took about 45 minutes.
