Formally structured and difficult. Can interview a lot candidates even though they require 1 or 2 questions. Requires traveling to different sites for different parts of recruitment eg your interview is in midrand but fingerprints are in gemiston. That is the frustrating part

It took 4 weeks to get an invite for an interview, I did my interview on the 11th December 2024 , the panel was very patient with me and friendly, I did medicals and fingerprints the same day

It was a really nice experience and everything was professional. The lady from Hr was really nice.They ask you few things about yourself inorder to make you relax and to be ready for the interview
