There is no fixed process. TA function doesn't have clarity what to do and whom to hire.
The intervier will keep you waiting for long hours. Even HR round is also like that. You will fed up waiting long
Unprofessional company. Don't expect feedback.
Caution - Don't go through consultants. Complete waste of time
