Interview
I sent my CV as per usual and when I got called in for the interview I arrived at the place and time. The manager never notified that she was sick that day and my interview got delayed. The shift leader of the position instead took an interview with me that day and I received a new date for an interview with the manager. I arrive and realise manager did not speak any English. We had one of the barista help translate. Despite this mishap the overall experience went smoothly and I was explained everything I needed to know regarding the position and the environment.

Interview process goes something like this.. You do the personality test, phone interview and in person interview. After that you get to work for two hours in some of their location.
