After resume review i had to do a maths competency test. This was online in a group video chat where the watched you do it via Web cam. I passed this and attended a practical assessment, ppe fitting and interview. Asked about safety, multimeter, some basic electrical theory. Prac assessment was following instructions and assembling something with the right tools + using a multimeter on a battery and then a fuse to see what worked and what didnt. I was not given an offer, but was given feedback on why.
