Essential LivIng Foods interview questions

Interviewed with both the lead administrative assistant as well as sales representative. Both employees were hardworking, intelligent, and knowledgable and gracious. The first question asked was: Tell me about yourself. 2nd Question: How did you hear about Essential Living Foods? 3rd Question: Why would you be a good asset to the company? I also was asked to take a personality test which allows the employer to categorize you by personality type and whether you would be a fit. They went over in detail how the test works and explained the various types of personalities that already are employed and what they were looking for based on what they were lacking in their overall team.
